Close of Books 2025: What You Need to Know

Close of Books 2025 will take place at the Indiana Veterans Home on Sunday, June 8th.
Time:
District membership packet collection begins at 9:30 a.m.
Each district will be allotted 10 minutes, and the order is determined by driving distance.
1. 2nd District – 9:30 am
2. 5th District – 9:40 am
3. 6th District – 9:50 am
4. 10th District – 10:00 am
5. 9th District – 10:10 am
6. 7th District – 10:20 am
7. 11th District – 10:30 am
8. 3rd District – 10:40 am
9. 4th District – 10:50 am
10. 1st District – 11:00 am
11. 8th District – 11:10 am
If the district before you finish early, you can go as soon as they are done.
Questions or issues can be addressed AFTER all districts have received their packets.
Collection Process:
At your districts time, you will come through the doors to the round room.
Candy Long will then direct you through the collection process.
After you have received your packets, you will take them to your District Tent to be distributed to your posts.
Details:
No unused cards will be accepted by Department.
Posts will retrieve their membership packet from their district commander at their district tent.
Post membership packets WILL NOT be released unless all annual forms are turned in.
There will be 2 Mail Tubs for renewals drop off like at Conferences
