Just ahead of Independence Day, we’re celebrating more than America’s freedom, we’re celebrating a major win for Indiana’s veterans and nonprofits. Senate Enrolled Act 209, the new law modernizing charitable gaming in Indiana, went into effect on July 1, 2025!
It is thanks to your support that veterans service organizations, fraternal clubs and nonprofits will soon be able to access electronic pull tabs, a new tool they can utilize to grow to thrive.
However, while the law officially took effect July 1, organizations will need to wait just a little longer to begin using electronic pull tabs. The Indiana Gaming Commission is still working to finalize and release their official standards. Once those are published, e-tabs can begin to roll out across the state.
To help organizations get familiar with electronic pull tabs, Arrow International, Lancaster Bingo Company and Atlantic Bingo Company are hosting free demonstrations across Indiana all summer long.
These demos are a great opportunity to see the games in action, ask questions and learn how they can support your organization’s mission.
