![]() Fellow Legionnaires, servicemembers, and Hoosiers, As I write to you today, I am optimistic that the pandemic that brought death and so much suffering to the world, has an end in sight. I thank Governor Holcomb for his leadership and guidance, as he continues to keep Indiana veterans and servicemembers in mind during this pandemic. I am also grateful to our essential workers who are courageously on the frontlines. With the current number of COVID-19 cases in Indiana in a decline, thanks in part to the vaccine and your efforts to social distance and wear masks, I ask that we remain vigilant and cautious. I encourage you to continue following local guidelines set in place by our leaders and scientists, so that the numbers continue to decrease, while also encouraging those around you to follow the guidelines so that we can return to a life of normalcy. I look forward to a time when we can all assemble again soon, and I want to thank our Legion, Sons, and Auxiliary members who have graciously donated and became a hero to a hero.
